Assign admins
There are three levels of admin hierarchy in Onne Business App.
Owner - who downloads and installs the app and then invite the other admins. Owner will have complete access to the app including financial dealings. Owner can add any applet, or deleting the app forever.
Super admin- also has complete access to the app like the owner but cannot delete the app or add any applets.
Admin- has access to the select group assigned to them. Admins cannot add applets or see financial dealings.
Multiple admin access allows you to maintain hierarchy and also control over the information you share with your users.
How to invite Super Admins/ Admins?
Step 1
- Select Users from the wall
- Click on Admins
- Click on the + sign
Step 2
- For both Super Admin and Admin the invitation process is the same.
- If you want to make any of the connected users as admins choose their name and assign them to respective groups.
- Else, choose the invite icon after selecting ‘Admin’ role to invite a new Admin to your app.

Step 3
- Invite from the phonebook or add their number manually for sending the invitation.
- Invitations are sent via SMS.
